We are excited to offer our items online and hope you find something you want!
We host auctions for anyone that has a collection to sell, house contents to empty or just wants several items sold to a national audience.
If you are interested in using our services to auction off your items, please call us! If you are interested in bidding and buying items that we have for auction, know that we offer local pickup and also nationwide shipping for smaller items. Our auctions are hosted on HiBid which is easy to navigate. A simple registration and Ebay-like bidding are all it takes to find something you like!
CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD
White Pine Auctions is committed to providing accurate information for all items being sold, with descriptions and photographs.
If there is no mention to condition you may assume it is in good condition with no breaks or repairs. Any item in a box lot may have some damage and may not be listed in the description. Interested bidders should feel free to email us with any concerns to satisfy any questions they might have as to the condition of any item being offered.
We urge you to examine all items carefully and bid according to your own expertise. We try to answer all questions within 48-hours prior to the sale. All items are packed away until auction week so if you ask a question the week before the sale you may not get an answer until a few days prior to the auction.

An 18% Buyer’s Premium is usually added to the final bid price of all lots $19.99 and up.
All winning lots under $19.99 will only have a $3.00 premium added.
Payment can be made in full online via credit/debit card after winning a bid. Payment can usually be made by cash, at time of pick-up. We do not take any credit cards over the phone. White Pine Auctions has the right to hold merchandise until funds clear.
NJ State Sales Tax of 6.625% will be applied to each online sale, including the buyer's premium, unless exempted by law. If exempt, you must present your valid tax exemption number or ST3 or ST3N form.
White Pine Auctions collects and remits all New Jersey sales tax. By registering to bid and/or submitting any bid, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale. This is a legal and binding contract. We thank you for your interest and participation.
All items must be picked up from the advertised location unless other arrangements are made.
Shipping may be available for items smaller than 12 x 12 x 12. There is a $10 handling fee for the first item shipped, $5.00 for each additional item. Actual cost of postage will be charged in addition to the handling fee(s). We will try to combine items into one box to save on shipping costs.
Any items left after the last pickup day will be subject to a $5 per day storage fee for one week maximum.
After 7 days of storage, items will be considered abandoned without refund.
WE CANNOT MOVE OR STORE YOUR ITEMS
You are responsible for bringing your own packing and moving materials as well as vehicles, tie downs or manpower. We do not supply packing materials or tools. Labor may or may not be available to help you carry your items, so please plan accordingly. All items sold as-is where-is with no guarantee or warranty. All sales are final.
